This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the borough''s diverse housing residents, focusing on compliance, enhanced communication, and fire safety.   Key Responsibilities:    Respond to resident inquiries through various channels, ensuring excellent customer service.  Conduct investigations into tenancy irregularities, including unlawful subletting and abandonment.  Provide expert advice on fire safety and housing compliance.
