Complaints Team Leader

Location: Hybrid - City of London or Chatham- 3 days a week in office Start Date: End of September 2026 Day Rate: £350 per day (via Husp Umbrella - we''ll support you through the process) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm Contract Duration: 3 months with view to extend What You''ll Be Doing: In this role, you will lead a team of Complaint Handlers to meet quality and productivity targets through effective QA, coaching, and performance management. You will act as an escalation point for complex cases, produce accurate MI, and support onboarding and training. Working closely with stakeholders and the client, you will drive continuous improvement while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
