Complaints Resolution Officer - Social HousingLocation: Evesham, WorcestershirePay: 15.71 -16.50 per hourHours: 37 hours per week, Monday-FridayContract: Temporary - Initially a few monthsWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office per weekStart: ASAPThink Recruitment are looking for an experienced Complaints Resolution Officer to join a social housing provider based in Evesham on a temporary basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving Stage 1 complaints, ensuring customers receive timely and professional responses.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve Stage 1 complaints.Manage complaints in line with Housing Ombudsman guidelines.Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal teams.Prepare written complaint responses.Update and maintain accurate records using QL.Ensure complaints are resolved within agreed timescales.RequirementsPrevious experience using the QL Housing Management System - ESSENTIAL.Experience handling Stage 1 complaints.Previous social housing experience.Strong communication and organisational skills.Good understanding of Housing Ombudsman requirements.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Additional InformationHybrid working - usually 2 office days per week.Additional office attendance may be required during induction.Temporary assignment with potential to extend.Apply NowIf you have experience handling social housing complaints and are confident using QL, please get in touch.Seamus DobbinThink ..... full job details .....
