      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: 18.96-18.96 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Complaints Handler  18.96 per hourMonday - Friday - Full TimeBased in Brislington, Bristol - hybrid working Temprary - end of Jan 2027Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Complaints Handler to support a dedicated programme of work responding to housing claims.You will investigate allegations contained within letters of claim, received from solicitors, by interrogating a range of housing management, repairs, asset management, and customer service systems.
