Complaints Officer

A large housing provider who owns and manages homes and various community assets, serving customers across the South of England.
Your new role
- Resolving customer complaints, both orally and in writing, in a timely manner.
- Supporting customers through the complaints journey, investigating cases on their individual merits, and coming to a decision on the outcome of the case.
- Communicate your findings and outcome to our customers and stakeholders, clearly and concisely, constructing a strong oral and written case.
What you''ll need to succeed
- Experience of working in a complaints or outbound sales role.
- Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation) and ability to distil a message clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to show initiative and make appropriate decisions, whilst acting sensitively and fairly.
- Customer focused, with a polite and empathetic telephone manner.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to analyse complex complaints and customer feedback issues and evidence findings.
What you''ll get in return
- Hybrid working once training is complete (3 days in office)
- -16.06 per hour
- 3 month temporary role
- 8:30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
