Complaints Handler Based in Hinckley 5 days a week on site Paying 26k - 28k DOE We''re looking for a confident and customer-focused Complaints Handler to join a busy and fast-paced finance team based in Hinckley.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous complaints handline experience who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems and working towards targets within a supportive team environment. The RoleAs part of the Credit function, you''ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of overdue accounts while providing a professional and positive experience for customers. You''ll handle payment queries, process payments and work closely with colleagues to ensure accounts are managed efficiently and accurately. Key ResponsibilitiesContacting customers regarding overdue accountsHandling payment and service queries primarily over the phoneDelivering a high level of customer service on every interactionUpdating internal systems with accurate and timely notesProcessing debit and credit card paymentsWorking collaboratively with internal teams to resolve account queriesCompleting account adjustments where requiredPreparing detailed account histories for escalation where resolution has not been possibleManaging workflow tasks accurately and within agreed timescalesWorking towards collection, outbound call and Direct Debit targets About YouMinimum of 2 years'' experience within complaints handling or a similar roleConfident communicator with strong telephone ..... full job details .....
