Complaints HandlerLocation- KingstonSalary Up to £34kWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Complaints Handler to support our construction team.Responsibilities Receive, log, and manage customer complaints in a timely mannerResolves stage 1 and stage 2 complaintsProvide clear, professional, and timely responses to customersMonitor complaints through to resolution, ensuring deadlines are metKeep accurate records of all communication and actions takenEnsure all complaints are handled in line with company procedures and industry standardsIdentify recurring issues and escalate where necessaryApply correct SOR codes to works completed and ensure accuracyLiaise with contractors to resolve invoice queries and discrepanciesMonitor and track invoice approvals and payment progressMaintain accurate records on repairs and finance systemsSupport the wider repairs and maintenance team with administrative tasksEnsure compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements About You Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and organisational abilitiesAbility to handle sensitive situations professionallyExperience in a fast-paced, customer-facing rolePrevious experience in construction, housing, or property services (desirable) If you are interested in this job with Taylor Johnston, please apply or call (phone number removed) for more information.Fortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers ..... full job details .....
