As a Complaints Handler you will:Work with a global, market-leading client within the Motor Finance sectorInvestigate and resolve customer complaints relating to customer service and payment-related issuesAct as a brand ambassador for the business and its end client, delivering a high standard of service at all timesAbout You We''re keen to speak with candidates who have experience handling complaints within Motor Finance or a similar Financial Services environment and who demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
