Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next opportunity? We''re looking for a Complaint Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis, supporting their operations with a strong focus on administration, data management, and process coordination.
While the title includes "complaints," this role is more about administration - handling documentation, updating records, tracking cases, and supporting the team to ensure smooth and timely responses. You''ll play a key role in keeping their processes efficient and compliant.
What You''ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the Complaints team
Log, track, and update cases accurately on the system
Liaise with internal teams to gather information and updates
Support with general office administration and data entry
What We''re Looking For:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Previous experience in an office or customer service
