This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team handlingcomplex, high-value and strategically significant competitiondisputes. The successful candidate will work on matters includingcollective proceedings, competition damages claims, abuse ofdominance disputes, cartel-related litigation and regulatoryinvestigations. The team acts on technically challenging and oftenprecedent-setting cases, working closely with economists, leadingcounsel and international colleagues. Key Responsibilities Advising on competition damages actions, collective proceedingsand abuse of dominance claims. Managing complex litigation from the early stages through totrial, settlement or appeal. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, procedural applicationsand client advice. Managing disclosure, evidence gathering and case management onlarge-scale disputes. Supporting competition investigations and related regulatorymatters.
