Compensation Manager

Are you a reward or compensation specialist who enjoys turning salary data into clear, commercial insight?A growing specialist consultancy is looking for a Salary Benchmarking Manager to lead the delivery of benchmarking and reward advisory services for a portfolio of mid-sized and scaling organisations.This is a client-facing role where you will manage multiple benchmarking projects and retained clients, providing expert guidance on pay positioning and reward strategy.
