Compensation Manager - EU Pay TransparencyWe are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager with EU Pay Transparency experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.Please note this role is Inside IR35.We are looking for hands-on experience in gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency, or equal pay initiatives, who can combine technical reward expertise with disciplined project management and strong influencing skills.The RequirementsSolid experience in compensation/total rewardsDirect experience with gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency initiatives, or equal pay analysisStrong understanding of pay ranges, and reward governance principlesProven project management capability, ideally within complex, multi-country or regulatory-driven programmesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidanceStructured and outcome-focused, with strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilitiesExperience working remotely in a global organisation ideally Insurance or Financial ServicesPowerBI skills or advanced reporting skillsIf this role is of interest to you and would like to know more, please apply now!
