Compensation and Benefits Advisor Salary: £44,000 per annum Location: Cheltenham Contract: Permanent/Full-Time Working Pattern: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a knowledgeable, strategic and people-focused Compensation and Benefits Advisor to help shape the future of our clients national reward, benefits, EVP and wellbeing approach. This is a high-impact role that blends analytical insight with human centred thinking, ensuring our people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. In a sector where precision, quality and people matter equally, you will play a key part in designing frameworks that recognise performance, promote wellbeing and support long term career development. Working closely with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners and external providers, you will help create an Employee Value Proposition that attracts top talent and retains our brightest professionals. You will report into the Director of Remuneration and Recognition, HR, contributing to company wide strategic growth plans and ensuring reward initiatives are robust, future-ready and aligned to business objectives.
