Compensation Analyst

Key duties of the role include:Consulting employees surrounding compensation policies and proceduresSupporting with reporting incl. UK Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency DirectiveSupporting with the job architecture roll outEngaging in surveys across EuropeDeveloping relationships with employees and key business leaders across the company The right candidate will have previous multi-country experience, have experience using WTW/Mercer, and adopt a pro-active adaptable approach to the role.
