The firm have an established, existing company secretarial team in Dublin - this is a unique opportunity for an experienced candidate to establish the on-site co-sec function in Belfast to service UK clients.The Rewards:As the successful Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, you will receive the following:Above market rate base salary offeringBonus scheme25 days annual leave + statsHybrid working structureThe Role:As the successful Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in:Management of a large portfolio of UK-incorporated clients across varied industry sectors - maintaining responsibility for ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory obligationsProvide advice to clients on a range of corporate governance issues and issues arising from the UK Companies Act 2006 and associated secondary legislationBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsResponsible for billing clients and debtor managementThe Person:The successful Company Secretarial Assistant Manager will meet the following criteria:Demonstrable experience at a senior company secretarial level within professional servicesUnderstanding of leading legal entity management databases - GEMS, Blueprint One World or similarExcellent client manner and client-focused at all timesExcellent communication skills
