Responsibilities:
- Oversee-smooth-day-to-day-running-of-the-office-and-provide-PA-support-to-Directors.
- Manage-business-operations-including-budgets,-contracts,-insurance,-pensions,-and-benefits.
- Handle-financial-processes:-invoicing,-payments,-debtor-management,-and-liaising-with-external-accountants-for-VAT,-payroll,-and-tax.
- Direct-incoming-calls-and-ensure-professional-formatting-of-reports,-specifications,-and-meeting-minutes.
- Liaise-with-Directors,-negotiate-with-suppliers,-and-manage-company-contracts-and-supplies.
- Maintain-and-update-QA-procedures,-policies,-and-manuals.
- Supervise-the-Marketing-Coordinator,-oversee-social-media,-presentations,-corporate-events,-and-database-management.
- Support-HR-functions:-recruitment,-inductions,-training-plans,-appraisals,-and-staff-development-(with-external-legal-HR-support-as-required).
- Maintain-Health-&-Safety-policies,-procedures,-and-staff-PPE.
- Work-with-IT-support-and-suppliers-to-manage-systems,-hardware,-software,-and-contracts.
- Ensure-compliance-with-Data-Protection-and-GDPR.
Requirements:
- Proven-experience-in-office-and-operations-management.
- Strong-organisational-and-time-management-skills,-with-the-ability-to-prioritise.
- Excellent-written-and-verbal-communication-skills.
- High-attention-to-detail-and-strong-problem-solving-ability.
- Confident-user-of-MS-Office-and-general-office-software.
- Knowledge-of-finance,-HR,-and-business-administration-practices.
- Experience-in-budget-management-and-supplier-negotiations.
- Ability-to-build-strong-relationships-internally-and-externally.
- Self-motivated,-proactive,-and-adaptable.
