You will advise a broad range of businesses on high quality corporate and commercial matters, including solvent restructures, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, joint ventures, partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and wider commercial advisory work. Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage a varied caseload, build long term client relationships and play an active role in delivering commercially focused legal advice to an impressive client base.
