This is an excellent opportunity to advise a diverse client base of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and investors on a wide range of strategic corporate and commercial matters while taking ownership of your own caseload. You will be involved in advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, commercial contracts, business sales and purchases, intellectual property and data protection matters.
