A growing law firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor with 7+ years'' PQE to join its established Company Commercial team. This Company Commercial Solicitor role offers the opportunity to advise owner managed businesses and SMEs on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, while working towards future Partnership and leadership opportunities. The Role As the Company Commercial Solicitor you will advise clients across a broad range of company law, commercial and transactional matters.
