Responsibilities include: Handling business sales and commercial agreements. Managing a varied company commercial caseload. Providing clear, practical advice and forming independent legal opinions. Progressing matters with limited day-to-day supervision, seeking senior input on more complex issues. Building strong client relationships while supporting the senior lawyer''s focus on business development. Occasional travel to the firm''s other offices. What we are looking for A Company Commercial Solicitor with approximately 3-5 years'' PQE. Experience in business sales and commercial agreements. Strong technical knowledge and sound commercial judgement. Confidence managing much of their caseload independently. The ability to recognise when guidance is needed.
