As they continue to evolve, they are seeking a commercially minded Senior Accountant to join their finance team in a broad, hands-on role with genuine exposure to senior leadership.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working beyond the numbers, influencing decision-making and driving business performance.Key Responsibilities- Own the management accounts, budgeting and forecasting processes.- Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to support commercial decisions.- Build and develop robust financial models and provide meaningful business insights.- Identify financial and operational risks, recommending practical solutions.- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business.- Support strategic projects alongside the Finance Director.- Lead, mentor and develop junior members of the finance team.- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and controls.About You- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.- Proven experience operating as a Senior Accountant or as the number two to a Finance Director.- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.- Advanced Excel skills, with experience building and interrogating complex financial models.- ..... full job details .....
