Company Accountant Fully On-Site Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Neath to recruit a Company Accountant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to take ownership of the finance function for a £5m division within a successful and growing organisation. This role would suit an individual who enjoys a broad finance position, combining financial reporting, cost accounting, transactional finance oversight, and business partnering within a manufacturing environment. The Role As Company Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing timely management information, and ensuring compliance across the division''s financial operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Control and Reporting Manage the month-end close process and prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting. Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and month-end journals including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation. Support the production of reporting packs and KPI reporting for senior management.
