Company Accountant

About Us Renful Premier Technologies is a small, established technology company specialising in security training and simulation software. Our customers include airports, government organisations, civil aviation authorities and security companies around the world. We are a close-knit team of approximately 10 people based in Finchley Central, with a large international customer base and two small overseas subsidiaries. We are looking for an experienced Company Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance activities, together with some general office administration. The Role Your main responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day accounting using Sage 50 Accounts Running payroll using Sage 50 Payroll Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers and carrying out bank reconciliations Managing company banking, supplier payments and customer receipts Preparing management accounts and regular financial reports Monitoring and forecasting cash flow VAT-related accounting and routine financial administration Managing international and multi-currency payments and transactions Coordinating financial matters relating to our two overseas subsidiaries and liaising with their local accountants Assisting with intercompany transactions and reconciliations Liaising with our UK accountants, banks and other professional advisers Supporting the Directors with financial information and ad-hoc requirements General office management, administration and record keeping About You We are ..... full job details .....
