This is a rare opportunity, offering genuine flexibility, including school hours (e.g. 09:30-15:30) and adaptable working days, with weekend options available.This is a hands-on and varied role where you''ll work closely with the business owners, playing a key part in the senior management team and helping to shape financial decision-making across a growing, dynamic business.If you''re someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a broad role, and wants flexibility without compromising on responsibility, this could be a great fit.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of the full finance function, including:Managing sales invoicing across cash, credit and finance sales (EPOS knowledge beneficial)Posting invoices and receipts, and reconciling income streams including franchise rechargesOverseeing purchase ledger, statement reconciliations, and payment runsPerforming bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial recordsPreparing monthly management accounts, control accounts, and year-end accountsProducing insightful reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities to support decision-makingManaging payroll for c.50 employees using BrightPay, including pensions (NEST)Preparing quarterly VAT returnsMaintaining accounts for a property portfolioProducing rolling cashflow ..... full job details .....
