This is a broad accounting position requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to personally manage statutory accounting, group accounting, taxation, inter-company accounting, payroll-related accounting, audit preparation and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare annual statutory accounts and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate accounting records, year-end schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation. Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis. Maintain accurate accounts across individual Group companies and support consolidated financial reporting.
