      <description>Location: Livingston | Salary: &amp;pound;16.58 - &amp;pound;17.56/hour | Type: Temporary | Community Work Order Supervisor   Fixed Term Contract    Hours:  36 per week   Shift Pattern:    Sunday 9:30am to 4:00pm  Monday 10:00am to 9:00pm  Tuesday 9:30am to 4:30pm  Wednesday 9:30am to 9:00pm   Blue Arrow is recruiting for a fixed term Community Work Order Supervisor to join a busy and dedicated Unpaid Work Team within Justice Services. This team oversees individuals who are completing Court Orders with an unpaid work requirement, supporting them to carry out meaningful work that benefits the local community.  As a Community Work Order Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising service users as they complete their hours. This may take place within a workshop environment or out on site at project locations across the area. You will work closely with colleagues to encourage compliance, promote positive engagement, and ensure that service users meet the requirements of their Court Orders.  You will also help identify and develop project opportunities that provide value to local communities.
