Community Warden Operational Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Manager with experience in Community Safety to join a client in London on contract basis. You will be responsible for day to day running of the front line services, staff supervision, performance monitoring, service delivery and resource management.The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in managing front line teams, driving service improvements, and delivering results in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.
 
This is a full-time contract position so please only apply if you have Community Safety and Managerial experience. The rate on offer is £250 - £300 per day - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available alongside home working opportunities.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing rotas, workload allocation and staff supervision
- Performance monitoring and KPI delivery
- Staff supervision and day to day running of the team
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining high levels of customer service.
