Profile

A successful Community Visiting Officer should have:

• Experience within the property industry or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Basic DBS
• Knowledge of housing policies and tenant support services.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay of -21 to -25, dependent on the level of experience.
• Flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
