Community Support Worker (Children and Adults) Job Type: Part-time (Weekend work) We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team in Salford for part-time work, specifically during the weekend. This role involves supporting the emotional and physical well-being of both children and adults within their own homes and in community settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a deep understanding of safeguarding protocols. Day-to-day of the role: Provide attentive care, addressing both physical and emotional needs in the home environment and during outings into the community for both children and adults. Follow detailed care plans tailored to each individual''s specific needs, including requirements for personal care and community activities. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for individuals both at home and during community outings. Monitor and report any changes in the conditions of individuals to relevant professionals. Ensure all interactions and activities are conducted in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to all safeguarding protocols. Travel to homes and accompany individuals to various community locations, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery. Weekend availability is essential for this role.
