The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a deep understanding of safeguarding protocols.Day-to-day of the role:Provide attentive care, addressing both physical and emotional needs in the home environment and during outings into the community.Follow detailed care plans tailored to the client''s specific needs, including requirements for personal care and community activities.Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the client both at home and during community outings.Monitor and report any changes in the client''s condition to relevant professionals.Ensure all interactions and activities are conducted in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to all safeguarding protocols.Travel to the client''s home and accompany them to various community locations, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 6 months care-related experience in the UK.Strong awareness of safeguarding issues and protocols, especially related to vulnerable adults.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the client and their support ..... full job details .....
