Support Worker (Two-to-One Care)Dymchurch, Kent 28 hours per week Salary: To be agreedWe are recruiting a Support Worker to provide two-to-one daily support to an adult female living in a Shared Lives family home in Dymchurch.Shift pattern (7 days per week):07:15-09:1517:30-19:30Total: 28 hours per weekAbout the RoleThis role involves supporting morning and evening routines, personal care, safe moving and handling, meal preparation, and one-to-one engagement within a two-to-one care arrangement.The individual benefits from structure and routine and attends a day centre during the week. She has a speech delay and may present with behaviours that challenge, so a calm and observant approach is essential. Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy is required.
