Community Support Coordinator - Northern Ireland

We are looking for a Community Support Coordinator, who will lead and develop a team of Volunteers, helping to deliver safe, inclusive and person-centred support.

You will work closely with health and social care professionals, MDTs, local partners and volunteers to connect people affected by MND with the information, services and support they need.
