This is a varied role focused on helping residents develop their skills, confidence and employment opportunities, while also supporting wider community initiatives. You will work closely with residents, local organisations, training providers, employers and other partners to identify opportunities, develop programmes and deliver projects that make a positive difference within local communities.Key Responsibilities  Identify learning, training and employability needs within local communities. Design, deliver and evaluate skills-based programmes, including employability, digital skills, financial capability and vocational training. Build and maintain strong relationships with training providers, colleges, employers and local agencies.
