We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Recovery Facilitator to join our team at the Essex Community Rehabilitation Centre, delivering The Forward Trust's SHARP Programme.  The SHARP Programme is a structured community day rehabilitation programme based on the 12-Step approach, supporting adults aged 18+ affected by drug and alcohol use to achieve sustainable recovery.  As a Recovery Facilitator, you will play a key role in helping individuals transform their lives by managing a caseload of service users throughout their recovery journey.
