Community Project Officer

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who wants to see their work make a real difference. You will take projects from initial idea through to delivery-gathering evidence, building trusted relationships and turning what you hear into clear findings, practical recommendations and compelling reports. Co-production and co-design will be at the heart of your work. You will work alongside residents, people with lived experience and community partners from the outset, ensuring they have a meaningful role in shaping project questions, research methods, activities, materials, findings and recommendations. We are interested in what you can do-not simply where you gained your experience. You might be an experienced project or social research professional, a postgraduate student ready to apply your skills in a practical setting, or someone whose expertise has developed through community leadership, voluntary work or lived experience.
