Community Partnership Programme Lead

We are looking for a Community Partnership Programme Lead to join our Community Connections service and help us strengthen the network of organisations we work alongside across Surrey. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, turning ideas into action and making sure good partnerships translate into great services for local people. What you''ll be doing Working closely with our Senior Manager, Team Leaders and colleagues across Catalyst Support, you will: Build and maintain positive working relationships with our community and voluntary sector partners. Coordinate partner programmes and activities across Community Connections. Help identify gaps in local provision and opportunities to develop new activities and partnerships. Support the mobilisation of new partner-led activities and services. Monitor partner activity, outcomes, attendance, quality and agreed actions. Maintain oversight of partner assurance, including safeguarding, DBS arrangements, training and governance requirements.
