Community Partnership OfficerMy client is a leading organisation based in Belfast. Who specialise on delivering support and services to improve the health and wellbeing of those in need. They are currently seeking a Community Partnership Officer to join their team.This is a Full-Time, Temporary position, for 3-6 months (with a hybrid working model of attending the office for 2 days per week on a rota basis).Working hours: 37 hours per week.With a salary of £37,694 per annum (£19.59 per hour)Job Role:You will be responsible for the provision of development, support and guidance to funded Community Partner organisations that deliver support and services to those in need.Essential Criteria:Experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector.Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative.A current UK Driving License with access to a car.
