You will work closely with partner organisations to ensure services are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with funding requirements.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and voluntary organisationsProviding guidance, support, and oversight to funded organisations to ensure quality service deliverySupporting the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess impact on health and wellbeingSupervising programme staff and monitoring performance against agreed targetsAdvising on funding compliance and contributing to the review and improvement of grant policies and proceduresAnalysing financial and performance data to inform recommendations ..... full job details .....
