Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager

Summary The Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager role is based at Cotehele and will be working across the three properties of Antony, Buckland Abbey and Cotehele. The role involves line management of two part-time staff, budget management, regular weekend and bank holiday working, and will be required to undertake Duty Management as a part of a rota across all 3 properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our volunteers at the three properties and develop our community links and participation at each place. The successful candidate will be a part of the Property Group Leadership Team contributing to the strategic direction and delivery of our work with audiences, visitors, and our future ambitions.
