Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a Community Short Term Rehabilitation service in Brent.

You will manage a community caseload, completing home visits, follow-up assessments and rehabilitation interventions to support people to maintain or regain their independence.

The caseload is approximately 55 active patients. Although this can sound high, the cases are not overly complex and existing members of the team are currently managing this level of caseload successfully.

Initially, you will need to be happy to start and finish your working day at the team''s main base in Brent.

Requirements

• Strong NHS Community OT experience essential
• Confident managing an autonomous community caseload
• Ability to manage approximately 55 active patients
• HCPC registered
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy recognised by relevant professional bodies
• Clear DBS (we can put this in process for you)
