You will be expected to:Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to older adult people with mental health needs, across Havering - Central.Provide senior medical support and guidance to the teamWork directly with older adults and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external older adult mental health providers and acute hospitalsParticipate in the on-call rota (frequency 1:50) with a 3% basic salary on-call supplementSupport peers and team leader, and be an effective team member while allowing others to work with their own initiativeCommit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals and agenciesPerson specification
