Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and support on all tenancy-related matters, including tenant and landlord responsibilities. Carry out weekly wellbeing checks with customers, either in person, through observation, or via telephone/alarm call systems, and respond appropriately to emergency situations when required. Ensure customers are signposted to, or can access, services that are appropriate to their individual needs.
