      <description>Location: Cumbria | Salary: &amp;pound;34/hour | Type: Temporary | Community Occupational Therapist   -34.00 per hour | South Lakes, Cumbria    Overview   I am currently recruiting for a  Community Occupational Therapist  to work with my client in the  South Lakes area of Cumbria , covering Kendal, Sedbergh and the surrounding areas.  You will be joining a supportive Adult Social Care team, managing a varied community caseload with a focus on helping adults remain safe, independent and living well in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where you''ll work autonomously while receiving strong support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.  Your responsibilities will include completing holistic and functional assessments, moving and handling assessments, recommending equipment and adaptations, completing seating assessments, and supporting hospital discharges and admission prevention.
