This is a genuine opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people with Special Eduicational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those from Alternative Provisions (AP) backgrounds. You will support a small caseload of up to 5 students delivering education and mentoring within community based settings such as libraries, learning hubs and other suitable locations.
