Academics is recruiting on behalf of a specialist Alternative Provision based in High Wycombe for a dedicated Community Mentor to support children and young people with SEN , SEMH , anxiety, trauma and other barriers to education. This is a rewarding outreach role supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis within homes and community settings , helping them re-engage with education, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes.
