Community Mental Health Nurse

Applications are invited from suitably-experienced Mental Health Nurses to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health team on the beautifulIsland of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
The Older Adult Community Team comprises a MDT of Band 6 CPNs, OT and Social Workers.
As the Band 6 CPN you will manage a caseload of between 15-25 service-users supported by senior Support Workers.
