You will support patients throughout their treatment journey, from therapy initiation and assessment through to ongoing management and completion of treatment. This will include delivering IV therapies safely, providing education to patients, families and carers, monitoring treatment response, and supporting patients to manage their care as independently as possible. Working closely with pharmacists, consultants, specialist nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will play an important role in delivering safe and effective care outside of the hospital environment.
