Community Investment Manager - Healthy Places Partnerships £55,000 per year (plus car allowance of £2,750.28) Hybrid - Milton Keynes, Rushden or Peterborough Permanent, Full Time As Community Investment Manager - Healthy Places Partnerships at Amplius, you ll lead projects that bring housing, health and community organisations together. You ll build strong partnerships, secure funding and deliver practical programmes that improve health and reduce inequalities across our communities. Build strong partnerships with Public Health, local authorities and community organisations. Use data, customer insight and local information to identify health needs and shape programmes. Secure external funding and manage funded and commissioned projects. Track and report on programme performance, outcomes, impact and value for money. Lead, support and develop Community Investment / Healthy Places colleagues. Manage budgets, resources, risks and governance, keeping senior leaders and stakeholders updated.
