Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit are working with a Housing Association to appoint a Community Housing Officer, the role will utilise your customer service skills and stakeholder management ability.Key responsibilitiesWork with all partners, both internal and external to the organisation, to identify when tenants are struggling to sustain their tenancy and ensure the appropriate support is offered.
