What we are looking for: We are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to grow income from community supporters, groups and people giving in memory. You''ll help create engaging fundraising opportunities, build strong local relationships and ensure every supporter feels valued. Your role You''ll lead community, individual and in-memory fundraising activity, turning plans into practical campaigns that inspire people to support Thames Valley Air Ambulance. This role combines relationship building, income growth, supporter care and data-led decision making. You''ll be responsible for: Leading community, individual and in-memory fundraising plans. Growing income through supporter relationships, fundraising products and local partnerships. Creating positive supporter journeys across digital, phone, post and face-to-face contact.
